​The Competition Commission Brunei Darussalam (CCBD) will participate in the Global Competition Review GCR Live: Law Leaders Asia-Pacific 2023 conference in Singapore on 29-30 August 2023. This conference will bring together leading local, regional and international private practitioners, corporate counsel, company representatives and a great number of government enforcers, to explore key developments in competition law and practice across the region.

The chairperson of Competition Commission of Brunei Darussalam, Yang Mulia Nik Hafimi binti Abdul Haadii, will be the panelist on the ASEAN Enforcers Roundtable. The ASEAN roundtable discussion brings together ASEAN competition law enforcers to discuss capacity building, the development of competition law cooperation in the region, the differing treatment of key commercial conduct, key policy drivers in each jurisdiction, enforcement of competition laws, focus markets and recent cases.
