Apply for Transitional Extension
The
parties to an Anti-Competitive Agreement made before 1 June
2019 is granted a transitional period, starting from 1 January to 30 June 2020
to adjust, renegotiate, and terminate their agreement to comply with the
Competition Order.
However, shall the parties to the agreement
require an extension to bring the infringement to an end,
a request can be made to the CCBD by completing an Application for Extension of Transitional Period.
Applicants are required to send supporting documents via email to the brunei.competition@jpes.gov.bn as our online form does not support attachments.
